If you are a small business owner who feels overwhelmed by a mountain of tasks and a lack of time, it might be time for a change. Here are a five time management tips that will help you go from busy to productive!

Prioritize, don’t clutter

A productive day is built on setting priorities. Identify what is most important for the day and focus on that. Often, we have many minor tasks that aren't urgent and can be tackled another day.

A packed schedule leads to multitasking, which results in accomplishing only half of what we set out to do. There are various techniques we can use to manage our time better.

Take breaks

We are not robots and cannot stare at screens all day. Productivity doesn't mean working non-stop. A tired mind and body cannot concentrate and maintain focus.

Asking for help or delegating part of a task to someone else is not a sign of weakness, but a smart move and a sign that we are ready to progress!
