How we got started

My name is Michelle C. Harris. I am a Professional Virtual Receptionist and fellow small business owner. I work with our local Chamber of Commerce and other business owners nationwide to help them answer calls, FAQs, and book appointments so they can spend more time growing their profits.

My husband, John, is a Licensed Master Mechanic. We've owned and operated two successful HVAC businesses, meaning we understand the importance of answering the phone promptly and providing excellent customer service to convert and create loyal customers.

Experienced HVAC Business Owner, Licensed Master Mechanic, and General Manager in the Car Wash industry.

Accomplishments: Competed in the 2004 Olympic Trials for Olympic Weightlifting, 2-Time National Champion, Olympic Training Center resident, and Olympic Education Training Center resident at Northern Michigan University.

Amela Ibrahimbegovic has gathered five years of experience in Customer Service and helped four projects meet their goals and succeed in their plans to offer exceptional and quick service. Today she is working as a Executive Assistant and Team Lead – Virtual Receptionist and helping small businesses meet their goals.
